Cancellation Policy

1. Enquiry Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an enquiry or consultation by contacting Gayatri Finserv as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation Duration

For any paid service, a cancellation request should normally be submitted within 24 hours of payment and before the service has been substantially performed, unless different terms have been agreed in writing.

3. After Service Has Started

Once a consultation or other paid service has been substantially performed, cancellation or refund may not be available, subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of payment and applicable law.

4. Loan Applications

Cancellation of an enquiry with Gayatri Finserv does not automatically cancel an application already submitted to a third-party lender. Any such cancellation must be handled according to the lender's process and applicable terms.

5. How to Cancel

Send your cancellation request to gayatrifinservs@gmail.com with your name, phone number, payment/transaction reference if applicable, and the service you wish to cancel.
